Channings Childcare Nursery, Royton

The Channings Nursery in Royton is housed in a Victorian residence, sitting in its own grounds. Prior to opening as the second Channings nursery in 1997, Channings Royton was known as Prospect House and was famously known as one of Royton’s Scattered Homes.

In the grounds we have established separate outdoor play areas for each of our three age groups. There are 2 decked areas with direct access from the toddler room. The grass is ‘No Mow’, so it looks lovely all year and never needs cutting! Inside, the nursery has three big open rooms set up for babies, toddlers and pre-school. There is a park at the rear of the building, and several nearby farms, perfect spots for the children to visit on their walks.

We are on a quiet road in Royton, just off the main road from Oldham to Rochdale. We are a five minute drive from Shaw, Chadderton and Rochdale. The nearest motorway junction is A627M.
